GOVERNING BODY OF RANSOM CANYON

Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting for the governing body of the Town of Ransom Canyon is called for 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 9, 2007. This meeting will be held at the Ransom Canyon Fire Station, 1 Ridge Road, Ransom Canyon, Texas. At this time the following subjects will be examined.

  4. Retire to Executive Session to discuss Legal Matters with Attorney   

Executive Session: Executive Session to Discuss Legal Matters Per Open Meetings Law                            Section 551.071, and

        Executive Session will be held pursuant to Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.0725, to discuss the following:

 

A.  Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation or about settlement offers.
